Mission of Wellness

I have been a lifelong student of spiritual traditions and disciplines. Professionally, I have worked in the field of education for 33 years, mostly as a school counselor with elementary school age children. In 2005 I was named to Who’s Who Among American Educators. I became certified to teach yoga in 2004 and have been conducting classes since 2005. I also facilitate a weekly Course in Miracles study group, and have been a student of the teachings of David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD since 2003.

There is a pure part in the Core of our Being, silent, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, untouched by hands, unseen by eyes, unheard with ears. Water cannot dampen it, heat cannot scorch it, ice cannot freeze it. The passage of time cannot diminish it, nor does it age. Referred to by ancient spiritual texts as the Self, the Spirit, Perfect Love, the Divine Presence; It has been covered over by layers of confusion, junk and debris in the form of limiting beliefs and desires, resulting in dis-ease; mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

There is a process that has evolved out of many years of spiritual and psychological research that is aligned with our deepest intentions to awaken to this core Self. This process deeply, thoroughly, systematically and with amazing rapidity assists the mind in identifying and releasing these accumulated layers that obstruct the awareness of the Truth within.

I discovered these processes in the Fall of 2007, and have not had a “bad” day since! Old habits of mind cling tightly, but with the aide of these processes in alignment with the clear intention to be free, I have found they fall away with relative ease. It is my joy to make these workshops available to people who sincerely want to be free. A schedule of these workshops is herein provided, their cost and how to register. Because of the power of educators to deeply and richly affect lives in a powerful and positive way, these workshops are being made available on a gift/scholarship basis to Pinellas County School employees and their family members.
